HERE’S WHAT OUR CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY
“I have had Richard Demarest do numerous projects for me and I highly recommend him and his company C & R Design Build Inc. Not only is Richard professional and extremely meticulous about his work, he brings incredible vision and insight. He has done a bathroom remodel, built a fence and replaced siding on my three story house. Every project he has done has turned out amazing and better than I expected. I had a difficult bathroom remodel that took some imagination and skill to complete and Richard helped me with every step of the process. He is a great communicator and finishes on time and at or under budget. It’s refreshing to have a contractor that not only shows up when expected, but goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied. I would happily hire Richard again and have no qualms in recommending him to others.”

“Thank you, Richard, for my beautiful new kitchen. I truly appreciate how patient you were with my ideas and how you brought them to life in such creative ways. You and your team worked in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised by how tidy the project went - minimal dust and no mess at the end of each day! I also appreciate that you were sensitive to my budget. Whenever we went over, it was my own decision and never due to pressure from your side. The finished product is exactly as I envisioned. Great job!”

HERE’S WHAT OUR CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY
“Years ago I had the fortunate opportunity to see C&R Design Build Inc's work on several of my friend's homes and was dubiously impressed. Initially he was hired to repair and renovate my second story patio which had fallen due to rain intrusion. From the outset and going forward to other projects to include a complete master bath and bedroom remodel, it was clear he was extremely knowledgeable and skilled in his field. Richard took the time to explain each phase and scope of the work and provided valuable suggestions that improved the overall outcome. In addition to his technical ability, his work ethic truly stood out. The job site was always kept clean and organized which reflected his respect for both the work and my property. I would not hesitate to recommend Richard to anyone seeking a dependable, skilled, and professional contractor. It was a pleasure working with him and I would gladly hire him again for future projects.”
